Waiver of Liability

This agreement releases APC Sports & Apparel LLC from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during the use of APC Sports & Apparel LLC Batting Cages. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold APC Sports & Apparel LLC, thier employees, workers, and all others hired or volunteers assisting in the operation of APC-Sports & Apparel LLC batting cages and training facility from any and all liability and or claims for damages involving the use of the batting cages, facilities and equipment at APC-Sports & Apparel LLC.  I hold them entirely free from any liability, I also acknowledge the risks involved in the use and entrance of the APC facility located at 9269 Utica Ave Suite 125 Rancho Cucamonga CA 91730. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me.

      By signing and /or submitting this form online, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against APC Sports & Apparel LLC  for any reason. In return, I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed. The undersigned has read and fully understands the terms, contents, and conditions of this release and agrees to be bound by all rules of APC Sports & Apparel LLC. The undersigned signs both as an individual, parent and/or guardian on behalf of any minor participant of as an adult representative of any team using the APC Sports & Apparel LLC facility.

In addition, In further consideration of this I hereby agree to relieve APC Sports & Apparel
LLC and its principals, assigns, agents, affiliates, coaches, managers, volunteers from any and all liability for negligence or any actions or non-actions causing any loss, harm, injury, damage whatsoever to me, any family member, friend, or invited guest while in, upon, or outside any playing premises,hitting cage, agility floor of APC Sports & Apparel LLC. and or its principals, agents, affiliates, and/or assigns. I further agree not to sue or make any claim against APC Sports & Apparel LLC, and hereby assume any all responsibility and liability for any and all damages or injury including contamination, pollutant, bacterial, virus infection including Covid-19 of any kind or nature (including death) arising out of or occurring in connection with any use of APC Sports & Apparel Facilitylocated at 9269 Utica Ave. Suite 125 Rancho Ciucamonga CA 91730
